Kenneth is a proud Lakota East High School, Ohio University, and University of Cincinnati College of Law alumnus. With nearly ten years of experience practicing law in Ohio and Kentucky, Kenneth has had the privilege of serving on some of Cincinnati’s largest cases. He’s humbly received such awards as The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 2019-2020 and Best Lawyers Ones to Watch 2021-2022. As a West Chester native, Kenneth loves helping his community navigate their real estate and business law needs as an expert and friend.

Nicholas Perrino
Partner, Attorney at Law

After graduating from Xavier High School, Nicholas continued his education at The University of Cincinnati to complete his Bachelor’s Degree as well as his Juris Doctor. Nicholas has proudly served his community as a lawyer since 1992 and has received public recognition for his accomplishments including Affiliate of the Year, CABR 2021. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate law, Nicholas is always eager to expertly guide his clients through their case with ease.
